Hi everyone. I dont post here often but had a few questions. My doc wants to put my on kineret and im kinda nervous to try doing shots myself. Does anybody here use kineret and do you like it? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

hi and welcome suzan, i myself am not familiar with this brand and did a google search on it.  it is compared to enbrel remicade and other TNF injectables.  i myself have never heard about it so i do hope someone posts more information for us both.  take care and welcome. yally

Hi Suzan.. I've not been on Kineret, but I am on Enbrel.. I do the injections myself.. have you started the Kineret yet?

I have now been on the kineret for 4 days. My husband gives it to me at night before bed. I feel no different yet. I will give it about a month and hope to have some relief by then.

How often do you have to do the injections?

My hubby gives me the shot every night about 9 pm. Im still not feeling any relief yet either and its been almost a week.

Every night? Holy cow! Did the doc say how long it would take before you started feeling any results?
