Yes, I took Humira and Mext as a combination for about
6 months. I had to get off Mx because I started having sinus,chest cold that finally went into phenmonia (sp) with a chronic cough. Went to a Pulmonary doctor and he thought it (cough) might be because of Methx. and he saw some cloudiness on the chest x-ray in my lungs. I got off of it for a couple of months and now I take Humira and Arava. After a month now, I am great for the moment. Hope that it lasts. Who really knows if it was the Methx. or not. So many of all these drugs cause so many problems, ie: fatigue, liver and lung damage, etc. I have been diagnosed with RA for 3 years now. Now I have a skin rash that will not go away...... who knows maybe it is from the new Arave or even the Humira. All these meds can make you crazy with things happening. Best Wishes to you.
