Still in pain from the Arthritis

It seems my Arthritis's are getting worse for me I have a lot of pain in my wrists ,fingers, my left hip my ankels and feet it seems my meds for my arthritis seem not to be helping or my pain meds.My Arthritis wakes me up most of the mornings with alot of pain in my joints.

I see my Rheumy doctor on Tuesday

Teddybear, I just found this website and had to vent and saw your email.  I am in early 50's and have been very athletic but I really have bad pain in wrist and hands mostly also.  The rest of my body is pretty good.  I started Methotextrate in October and I think I am in worse pain.  Have you ever read anyone getting worse?  What meds are you on and have you found any relief?  Good luck.   BBGSKIER

Hi,I know were you are comin from,I have crohns,ra,oa and when I was diagnosed with crohns that was one of my complaints that my joints.Back in October my Rheumy had me redo alot of my test again because I was dealing with some serouse pain and and really stiff joints.When she got the test results back it show that my Ra is in full swing and it has moved to both shoulders and my feet as well as my spine.I am now taking Humira once a week and I am on plaqunil and we just put me back on Methotrexate and so far I have not seen much of an approvment but i know I havew to give these drugs time to work and I all so have crohns and we all know that doesn't help.I sure hope that you get to feeling better soon.
