RA meds and pregnancy

My rheum asked me if DH and I were gong to try to get pregnant again. My answer is no... maybe in 2-3 years were not really sure. My question is with medications.... which are safe during pregnancy? Would taking MTX prevent me from being able to get pregnant in the future? Could it do long term damage to my ovaries?

Honeslty I'd rather feel better now and possibly adopt in the future. Not really sure what the best path would be.

That is more of a doctor question. I would reckon it would cause more damage to the fetus instead of the ovaries as you take the meds, it goes into the bloodstream. Kind of like what we eat, the baby eats thing.
