Joints pain with popping/cracking sound but no inflammation

Hi,
  I am 25 yrs old, having pain in all the joints for about 4 years. I am getting popping/cracking sound in all the joints. Pain is getting shifted to one joint to another joint through out the day. I have consulted many doctors, but still it is not getting diagnosed. Have taken all the blood test result like CBC, ESR, Anit-Nuclear Antibody, RA, HLA B27 Antigen, Serum Uric Acid. All the tests are normal and negative. Doctor prescribing medicines are not helping me.
      I am not able to understand the exact problem with me and what treatment should I take. Please suggest some solution for me.

hey ed123, welcome to the forum.. what meds have your docs prescribed? Have you been to see a rheumy or are you being treated by your Primary? Do you have any other medical issues? I'm sorry you are having problems, hope to hear from you soon..

You sound like me. Have you read any of my posts? My pains are pulsating and fleeting, and my joints are cracking A TON. I have no redness or inflammation. My finger could pulsate for a few minutes then hours later its my ankle. Is that what you feel?

I also however have a vibration type feeling in my feet from time to time, and for the past month non stop muscle twitches.....

All my tests are clear so far.......

 

I been experiencing the same symptoms starting about 2 months ago.  I do not have the muscle twitches.  I also have occasional numbness in  my back and hands. What was strange was the sudden onset of symptoms.  It started with a strange pain in my back and chest and an odd cold.  I think this may be some type of virus.  I saw MD about chest pain originally.  She tested for heart problems but nothing showed up.   I am 56 and have always been relatively healthy and exercised regularly.
