Thanks everyone for the responses..yes 45 minutes, and then I read that 60 minutes of walking 6 days per week is best
Ummm, I don't know if I will be up to 60 minutes for awhile! That's why I was pushing the 45, trying to get to the 60! Yep, I really did overdo it big time! I am feeling better today, and am going to go back down to 15 to 20 minutes and maybe walk at a slower pace.
I'm really determined to get back into shape, it seems that the RA can be so defeating and it has really limited me career wise, which has been so frustrating lately, in my mind I am not going to let it get in the way of getting into shape if that makes sense?!
