Humira, the same as Remicade and Enbrel? Whats next?

Hey, Im on Humira for my Psoriatic arthritis (Poly JIA)
Today I was on the doctors office, and I told him I just get worse. Should take an MRI in the end of may and if they see the imflammation there they will put me on another medecine.
The Doctor`s said that if not the Humira did what it should then not any another TNF will do it eather.. And they will discuss what medecine I should try.
I worried, for what meds they will put me on,been told its alot to choose between. But Im just thirteen,sooo its not all that the adults can get that i maybe will get.
Just ask or send me a message if I should describe in a another way. It was a bit messy now but Im just so frustrated.


A BIT OF MY MEDECINE STORY:
I have tried nearly all NSAID meds for pain. Before I started methotrexate last year Ive tried Presnisone, that worket very well for me and i was so near painfree thats possible but I just was on it for a few days beacse of side effects.. So they gave me MTX (oral) for months with no effect Im just dident feel well after Ive had taking it so the following day (tried to take it on the nights,mornings and afternoon but nights waa the best for me) Im just was/ and are laying in my bed tierd of all this mess, fever feeling (low fever) freezing and warm at once and the worst of all the nausea but when Im not moving I dont have so much nausea as when Im up to stir in me.. So after thoose months they gave me the maxdose for my weight and hight but that was that was as injection a half year on it and to no help.. Not so much side effects anymore but the injection did me so scary and I dreaded so much... One time I was taking it oral instead so a bit forward in time.. Now Im on methotrexate and humira MTX have I taking oral since I started on Humira but anyway I feel very bad next day (same as before just not sooooo bad vut still I cant do anything the next day not even sleep.


To not get so much side effects Ive tried Folic Acid and 10mg afipran.. They (the nurses) told me I should ask for Zofran.


Also that most importand quistions is:
Is Humira,Remicade and Enbrel the same?
What can you se on an MRI?

Do you meen Remicade?
In the start they told me about It but beacuse I also has Psoriatic they say the Humira was the best..

And if not the Humira helps me, They wanna find another medecine.. Not any of thoose TNF.
Been told is alot to choose in and they gonna discuss it (a team of docters) what they want to put me on next..
They even dont say one of that medecines thath it maybe will end up in..

So I dont now so much!

Next time I see the doctors Im gonna ask for "whats next"
In the start when I was taking methotrexate I dont was so afraid thats Im now that just got worse..

But Anyway I will still try to move on.. Stay active and tool for around one hour for each day. Its hard but I think is has helped alot beacuse I was alot more stiffness before.

That think I dont understand its that the doc told me they dont want to to put me on Remicade or Enbrel beacuse its quite the same and the Humira is the strongest. Im not shure.
