Hello! I am new here.
I have severe IBS, RA, day night reversal, chronic sinusitis, degenerative disk desease, depression, anxiety, add, severely nearsighted, irregular heart issues (high/low bp, tracky/Bradycardia, irregular/skipp heartbeats,) low immune system, and more.

Could all these or some be caused by RA?

Best person to talk to about that would be your RA doctor, make a list of this and take it with you to your next appointment. If you are on RA meds then some of what you mentioned might be caused by your medicines, but talk things over with your RA doctor to better ease your mind.

Oh forgot to mention I've had RA symptoms since I was 13 just got diagnosed RA at 26 now I'm 27.

IBS was diagnosed at 20. Getting worse as time progresses.
Hospitalized 2x due to the IBS.

And currently no doctor. Just moved to new city and no ins.

I do know that if/when you do find a doctor there are low costs medication programs out there...Maybe look for a teaching hospital for doctor's
or maybe check and see if any doctor's in your area give low price if you pay cash. Maybe try to get on a government medicaid or medcare.
Or you might qualify for disability...things to look into, others will be by, many well wishes and prayers....
