Humira, have Iritis and pretty sure yeast infection

Saw my eye specialist last week and my Iritis is back.  He also thought I might have an infection in the eye so along with the hourly prednisolone drops an gyclogel drops 3xday he prescribed an antibiotic drop (4xday for 10 days.  Last night I started itching all over.  I had a yeast infection of the skin once before and it seems to be starting in the same area.  Also having vaginal itching.  I am wondering if the antibiotic drops are the problem as that is the only thing new.   There is a hurricane heading our way and not sure if I will be able to reach any of my doctors tomorrow and am afraid to take my Humira if I have some kind of fungal infection going on.  Really discouraged - usually the Humira keeps me from getting the Iritis - just don't know what is going on in my body now and don't know what I should do.   It'll be a week tomorrow on the antibiotic eyedrops and I'm thinking of stopping them and see what happens.  Will stay on the other drops till I see him a week from next Tuesday.  Any suggestions anyone?

We were very lucky to get through the hurricane w/o losing our power and no damage.  The people in nearby Towns had some damage but nothing like the poor people in NYC and NJ.  Talked to my rheumy yesterday and she said it was o.k. to take my Humira.  she said a yeast infection was not bacterial??  From what I have read it is a fungal infection and I still have concerns but did go ahead and took it yesterday.  I am taking prednisolone eye drops every hour as well as an antibiotic eye drop that has steroids in it.  Have stopped the antibiotic drops but still have to do the pred drops every two hours till I see the eye specialist next week and then if the eye is better will ween off an hour at a time.  If the yeast infection on my skin getd any worse I will have to call the dermatologist.  Had it once before and he gave me a cream and a powder to use.  Can't remember what meds I was on at the time.  Eating yogurt and drinking cranberry juice as that always seems to help with the vaginal yeast infection.    Will see how it goes the next few days.
