well after having a resonable few weeks i went to the local swapmeet with hubby and got Bad sunburn and really tired,

 then next day felt Bler then yesterday had sore throat Today can hardly talk sore throat plus voice just gone!

 head feels wobbly eyes sting throat SSSore,

 and sunburn is blistering on my arms and chin

i am due to take my MTX tonight i took Mondays dose but i think i'll skip tonights don't really need to lower my immune system anymore right now

Thanks but Getting Worse i think this cold has turned Nasty my chest feels full of concrete still lost voice and have anoying sneezibg attacks that turn into loss of breath grab for the inhailer ooohhhh it hurts

i'm going to give in and ring doctor tomorrow but you bet i wont be able to get in to one till Monday  mad

I wish you would call today Bad and tell them they need to squeeze you in! If they don't already know you have RA then tell them or remind them. Things can escalate more quickly for you and you already don't sound good!

Hi All Well i got into Doctor today and i have Pneumonia so came home with antibiotics told to rest ,so guess i just see how it goes i have a repeat on the prescription so if i need extra

hope your pneumonia bout clears up quickly, rest and take care, RA is bad enough so to add to the mixture really sucks....feel better soon. will be thinking of you ((gentle hugs))

Sorry to hear you have pneumonia, thats a nasty infection to get over and sooo tiring. Please look after yourself. Hope your sunburn is better now.

Woke at 10am fell back asleep litterally slept all day then woke up at 7;30pm as soon as i woke up started franticly choughing and oohh my back hurts (lungs) i've finished the first lot of antibiotics so have to get the next one filled seems to be Not getting any better.

Sore Tired could really lay here when the house burnt down around me sad

Take yourself off to hospital if you start to struggle with your breathing. I have had pneumonia before and it can make a sudden turn for the worse even on antibiotics, both times I have needed intravenous antibiotics to move it. The last time they did this by getting me to visit a hospital each day for 3 days and injecting them right into my blood stream. This really worked.

The first time I was in hospital for 10 days and on a range of antibiotics to kill it. Really nasty. We have such low immunity once one of those bugs get into our systems it is really hard to throw it off.

Please monitor yourself and if you feel you're going downhill go for help.

Thinking of you, it is exhausting but its really important you cough that phlegm up. I was given physio both times to help me.

I am new here, but I hope you don't mind me posting Badday. I hope that you are feeling better soon and we will keep you in our prayers.

I think golitho's advice is very sound. Pneumonia can take a turn quickly, please be careful and if the breathing gets worse, please go to the hospital. They can put you on oxygen therapy immediately and take care of the pneumonia better than at home if it gets worse.

Thank you all and welcolme skippymom,

 it seems to be holding it's own not any better but no worse i actually got up and had a bath yesterday - coughing franticly the whole time

 and started the 2nd lot of antibiotics today,

i have a scheduled appointment with Doctor on 22nd so will be able to follow up anything then.

 My ribs are So sore from coughing but at least i am there was a day there where i couldn't cough and was So Heavy i kept up the Ventolin (asthma Puffer) and cough mix and tried to sit up as much as i could,

Today is the first day where i feel "clear Headed" not in a fog so that might be a good thing
