autoimmune disease

I have currently been dignoised with an autoimmune disease with all symptoms pointing RA I have never felt so much pain in my life to being almost bedridden
Most of my pains been in my leg muscles and in my bones were its feels like I have broken my legs and pain in my arm tissue and back high temps and whole body swallen it has now eased a bit but is affecting my joints now.I feel so bad for thinking people over asaduate when unwell, but you don't how they feel until you suffer yourself. I also have a two year old whos my world and have not been able to give her attention she needs which is hard and work in childcare( money wise i need to work) wondering if anyone found natural relief such as diets or creams that have helped get them through the day

not by diet.  you need to go see a rheumatologist.  he will put you on meds to relieve the pain.  my rheumi put me on prednisone (which helped immensely) and then added methotrexate so he could wean me off the prednisone.  ra won't go away on it's own, you need help.  in fact, i don't believe it ever goes away. it goes into remission and comes back to bother you from time to time.  that's when you rheumi will help you with either higher doses or new meds.  sorry for the way you are feeling, but, go see a rheumi.
