You could try to google it, I'm clueless here as to what the results should be. Wish I could offer up better help. I would take it as good that your doctor says it normal and that whatever your doing is good.
Sometimes it's easy to get scared if the results come in and say it's high or low, but if it's only a point or two high then I'd not worry yet until you get more bloodwork later down the road that keeps pointing to a problem...just my opinion and I'd wait until you get follow up testing done next year.
I googled this and 0 to 29 is normal, yours is 37 which might be the in between, Maybe wait another Month and ask to get re tested and see what your results are then and if they continue to be getting higher then you need to question your doctor on this...
