You could try to google it, I'm clueless here as to what the results should be. Wish I could offer up better help. I would take it as good that your doctor says it normal and that whatever your doing is good.
Sometimes it's easy to get scared if the results come in and say it's high or low, but if it's only a point or two high then I'd not worry yet until you get more bloodwork later down the road that keeps pointing to a problem...just my opinion and I'd wait until you get follow up testing done next year.

I googled this and 0 to 29 is normal, yours is 37 which might be the in between, Maybe wait another Month and ask to get re tested and see what your results are then and if they continue to be getting higher then you need to question your doctor on this...

Sounds like you need another doctor. I've heard of Kaiser and I guess like everything else they can have good and bad doctor's. try another Doctor. If this was my test results I would be asking questions until I got a better answer and sounds like what you need to do. Keep seeking a better doctor.
What I'm looking into is a paraffin wax bath for my hands, you also might want to look into that as well, it can help.

They haven't diagnosed me with RA therefor I am only on gabapentin for fibro.. They don't think I have RA.. I test positive for the RA factor test and the CCP (203) but they say my symptoms don't match therefor they won't diagnose me :( So I remain in pain daily and can barley use my hands :(

I am not sure I can go outside. That could cost a lot. Both my hands today have hurt all day :( The only thing that helps is prednisone.. They don't feel warm to me though but I am sure they are swollen.

True thank you! Is there any vitamins that you can recommend I take daily for joints and inflammation? TIA
