Its been awhile

Hi everyone. Mo here!! Its been awhile since I have been here. I wrote the long version of my story and received a few comments. I finally got a referral to a RA Dr finally from my regular MD Dr but my apt isn't until July 14th which isn't to long of a wait. I did tell my regular MD Dr all my symptoms and he said he could see this as being fibro but not RA but couldn't be 100% sure and I asked him if he could give me something to help with all the body pain and he put me on meloxicam 1 pill twice a day. It seemed to help quite a bit with all they body pain but I had a allergic reaction from this pill and had to stop taking it. My regular Md Dr also sent me to have a bunch of blood work done so the RA Dr would have something to start with. Almost all my blood work came back normal except for 2 things and I cant for the life of me remember what to things. 1 came back very high or positive and the other thing wasn't quite as bad but close.  God I wish I could remember what these 2 things were. But anyways when I had my allergic reaction my Dr office was able to squeeze me in right away. I didn't feel it was bad enough to go to the hospital so off to the Dr I went. I didn't get to see my regular Dr because he was gone for the day so I got to see another Dr and she went over my blood work with me and I remember her saying those 2 that  I cant remember what they are she said I definitely have something going on with some type of arthritis and or fibro she asked me what my symptoms were and she kept shaking her head like agreeing with me and after I rattled off my long list of symptoms she said sounds like what all fibro patients say how they feel.....so I hope July 14th hurries up and get here. Im kinda scared because I don't want to hear there is just more wrong with me but I also feel like I cant wait to finally find out an answer as to what the crap is going on with my body

Glad you got the referral, sorry it took so long for your doctor to do any bloodwork. Yes a long wait is frustrating but hopefully it also means you got a good RA doctor. A good RA doctor is worth it. You'll ge more bloodwork from the RA doctor, he's kinda like the vampire of bloodwork...almost as bad as my endocrin doc, but can't believe my endocrin doc takes more blood from me (9 vials one time)...
Many well wishes, make sure to go and pick up some of the forums and get started on some of the paperwork so that it's not a lot for you to do on your appointment day...hate doing tons of paperwork before seeing a doctor...just so hard to do all that writing...

LOL no worries about typos or bad spelling!!! Im the worst at both!!! I just can not wait for July 14th to get here. I am in so much pain it isn't even funny. I have even thought about going to the hospital but why????? They will listen to my long story, put in their own two sense and dope me up and let me go in a few hrs...a quick fix to return back to how I was before I went to the hospital and unnecessary expenses for Medicaid and medicare. I had mentioned in my OP that I am morbidly obese and like I originally said I can understand my weight being an issue with my foot while standing but when I am not weight bearing and I am sitting down with my foot propped up or I am lying in bed WHY does my entire body Still hurt from the tip of my fingers to the tip of my toes and all places in between??? My therapist...who is NOT an MD doctor told me that when you are heavy the fat in your body pushes against everything else in your body and can cause a lot of pain. I told her I don't have "a lot of pain" I have excruciating pain basically 24 hrs a day. And I asked her if what she was said was true then wouldn't that be the case every day? and she said yes painful and I replied how can I barely bend any of my fingers and some days Then I asked her then why will my fingers swell up so much they touch together for a few days then it goes away??? Then why do I get unexplained bruises all over my body and why do my fore arms and uppers arms feel like they have been beaten by a bat for a few day or a week then it stops? How come I sometimes cant even have a sheet touching my bottom legs or feet because the weight of a light sends me through threw the roof sometimes??? And there is soooo much more on my list. How can that be caused by my weigh??? Please explain this to me in detail!! Don't you think if it was all due to my weight I wouldn't have pain in one place or another then it stops then I get excruciating pain in another place another few days later then it stops....why would a bed sheet laying on my legs and feet cause excruciating pain, please explain all this since you seem to be my MD Dr also....I sit there and stare her down and she turns bright red and gets all flustered and stumbles over her words and tries to get back to where we were!!!! Muahhhhhh I am so evil to her. If you arent in my body feeling what I do on a daily basis or a dr for what i might have don't try to tell me what my problem is especially when my problems for this isn't even in your area...stick to being shrink....SERIOUSLY!!!!
