You can go for these fibrous foods such as whole grains, beans and veggies...that help in controlling the inflammation.Go for blueberries,oranges,cherries,sweet poataoes and carrots...that help to ward off inflammation easily.A good healthy diet alongwith exercise always acts as a catalyst for any disease.
