Odd new reaction from enbrel injection

I've been on enbrel 50mg sure clicks once a week for going on a year now. Yesterday I did my injection and had no issues, which is normal. As the night went on (I work nights) the outside of my thigh that I did the injection in became swollen and sore. It looks and feels like a Charlie horse cramp or like I banged it on something. The injection was on the front of my thigh about 4 inches away from where the swelling is.

No other odd symptoms and no odd reaction, no redness or pain at the actual injection site.

Wondering if anyone else has ever had anything like this happen.

Gonna sleep today and if it's the same or worse I'll get ahold of my Dr.

Woke up just now and the swelling is pretty much gone as is the pain. Maybe I just had a weird reaction or some how just had an odd cramp etc. thinking that the injection and then swelling were a coincidence maybe.
