Facial swelling

Does anyone experience facial swelling with their Rheumatoid Arthritis? I had this symptom off and on for brief periods of time years before I had any joint symptoms and now it occurs frequently with RA flares.

The facial swelling is NOT associated with any steroid use. I had this swelling years before I touched steroids and I am one of the lucky persons who has no swelling, fluid retention, or weight gain with steroid use.
