I’ve been having recurring spells of dizziness and nausea since November. Primary care doctor says it could be vertigo, and they ruled out anemia and thyroid with blood tests. They prescribed meclazine, but it doesn’t help. Could this be RA related? I’m not sure what doctor to call and what to ask for.

KM2018, vertigo is typically related to inner ear problems. I would certainly ask my GP to refer you to an ENT. An ENT can give you a proper diagnosis. I don't know what medication you take for RA, however, a quick call to your pharmacist may help.
