Enbrel and COVID Vaccine -question

I am wondering what instructions others have received regarding Enbrel and getting the vaccine? My Doctor told me to hold off with treatment of enbrel for one week prior and one week after the vaccine. What instructions did you receive? Have you been advised of any precautions?

I an also interested to hear about everyones experiences with vaccines and on Enbrel. I was set for J&J and it was cancelled due to blood clots. So now I am very scared and thinking about not getting it at all. Ive been one Enbrel for 5 years now, Please advise!

I have my first shot of Pfizer. My doctor instructed me to hold off on my medications prior to receiving the shot and a week after. I take enbrel The only side effect was a very sore arm. I will do the same for the second vaccination.

My DR said a lot of patients experienced a flare after the vaccine. This is related to the immune system ramping up.
