can Ra pain affect the back sides of the rib and collar bone?

hi out of nowhere i woke up in pain both sides of my back from shoulder blades from down to the sides that hurt the most i almost felt nauseous and it does not feel like it’s anything internal i wonder if this kind of pain happens to other people

I was told that RA doesn’t attack large bones. That’s osteoarthritis. Just as intense pain in my shoulders,neck,back. I’m switching doctors I think.
