Ra or something else????

I have Crohn's and have been having problems for about 3 weeks with all my joints. It started out in my neck I felt like I had a soar muscle but couldn't get it out then it was in my back. My knees started hurting down to my ankles making it hard to walk. My ankles pop and snap feel like they are going to break. They will give out and I almost fall. My daughter has had to help me set down. I have also noticed that my feet and ankles are swelling. I had mey feet propped up and crossed my ankle over the top of my foot and it made an indention that turned red and then blue now it is bruised looking. I can see funny looking marks on my legs like my veins are trying to pop out or long bruises.

Anyone know what this is? The doc told me that I had inflammation and gave me a prednisone shot and I did get relief from it. Then she put me on the pills and told me that I would have to remain on them. Well they are not working and I am to go see her tomorrow.  Can someone give me some advice????

She has put me on prednisone. She is aware of all of the things that are going on with me. We just can't get my Crohn's in remission. Then all this other is happening too! 

Well the only thing is that I have not worked since August 2005 and I have no insurance and can't get any help. So the doc is trying to keep me on the lowest cost meds. She is trying to get some of them from the companies. I went in to see her today and she told me that it was in my arteries is this right?? She told me what it was called and I forgot by the time that I got home! She also told me that she wished that i hadn't got this disease! I said yeah and me too! She gave me a shot of prednisone and upped my methotrexate and prednisone. I am applying for SS but they say that they deny you at first!!
