Yes, I have. I went to a specialist dealing in diseases of the spine and he is also an orthopedic surgeon. He ordered a complete xray of the entire body-the kind where they give you a radioactive injection. I have also had an MRI where I was diagnosed for a scoliosis. Using a heel lift has helped. I think this may be due to unequal leg length. I am 63 and have the usual arthritis, but not what would cause this problem. I go back to the rheumatologist who referred me to the spine specialist in a few weeks, and I will see what he has to say. He previously mentioned physical therapy, but I had no success with that in the past. I go to the YW ever day for 1 hour of therapy in the water and that has helped greatly. Loss of curvature of the spine, which messes up your center of gravity for balance, seems to be what might be causing this problem. I wonder how it happens and what can be done to correct it other than surgery.
