I am just wondering....seems like the day before it rains, I have quite a bit of pain and stiffness.  Usually eases up a tad the day of the rain.  I was just wondering what everyone else's experiences with weather are....Thanks!

Weather effects me to. The day it rains is usually good for me partly because it wipes the tree pollen from the air and eases my allergies which effects the arthritis. Hot hazy and humid leaves me virtually bed ridden. Cold does not effect me as badly.

The cold is the worst for me..If it is below 30, my hips feel frozen, and it's almost impossible to walk.  I prefer the warmer weather..

Oh my gosh, I swear my body has become it's own weather predictor!  Like you, when rain is on the way...I sure feel it. When the fronts move in, I ache everywhere!  Seems the barometric pressure really affects my joints, and like Momto3 says, the cold just about does me in.

I live in Florida, and the rainy season here is especially hard.  We haven't had any approaching hurricanes since I was diagnosed, but my doc tells me that they are really, really hard on her patients.  Something to look forward to I guess...lol.

I too live in Florida and when the rain is on its way, I really feel it. babyplace, I hope we have another season where the hurricanes bypass us.

Wow, thanks everyone. I am interested in all of this considering it is a big part of my life now and wondering what things affect people and how. I had noticed the rain, but the cold itself didn't do much unless there was precipitation with it (which was a lot here in Missouri this year). Good luck on the hurricanes bypassing you this year. I hate to see that stuff coming.

Ditto I am worse before the rain, then better when the rain gets here, we are suppose rain here in Ga saturday., but my knee and  hip have been hurting extra bad for two days now, probably ease up once it starts, fall is my favorite season, its just pretty.

I have to admit the weather has to be perfect, not to hot to cold, probabaly why i like fall. It raining now here i feel a little better no that it has rained and the temp has gone down some.

Weather affects me. I live in Western Washington which has long wet cold winters. My joints ache really bad even in the summer months but worse in the winter.
