I had some blood work done by my PCP and my arthritis panel came back within normal limits...SHould I even go to the rhuematologist?

Isnt he just going to tell me Im depressed or I need to lose weight now that my blood work shows nothing?

Oh and the doc only did ANA, RA, uric acid and sed rate. He didnt do the CRP. But if my sed rate is normal wouldnt that mean that my CRP would be normal too since they both show inflammation?

I probably am just depressed, I dont feel depressed, but I have been told by docs that you can be depressed and not even know it!

Hey Mell.. I would still go and see a rheumy... all your bloodwork can come back normal, and you can still have arthritis.. have you already been referred to a rheumy? Yes, it is very possible that you are depressed.. going through as much as we do, takes it's toll on a person.. I know when I first got diagnosed, my rheumy askd if I wanted to go on depression medication, 'cause he thought I might need it as well.. good luck to you, and let us know what the doc says!
