Hi Everyone, My whole body has been sore since saturday any suggestions how I can deal with it?

I was just asking in another post about
Epsom salt baths for the same reason...I haven't tried it yet, but was wondering if it would be worth a try.

Since you are already on Ambien I am guessing sleep is a problem and I find that poor sleep really exacerbates things. That aside, I find it helps to listen to a soothing CD - I hear it helps to occupy the brain and at least dull the perception of pain. I do think it works.
For sleep I have better luck when I stay up until I am very tired - I may sleep fewer hours but get a better quality of sleep. Going to bed early seems to make things worse.
