Is OA common in people who are in their late 30's

I was diagnosed as having osteoarthritis in my right hip about 2 years ago. I also have pain in both hands, which I had since I was little. I am also experiencing lower back pain every once in a while, and to top it all off I am old 35 going onto 36. Is OA common in people who are in their late 30's, or could this be RA ?

OA can effect people of any age but is more common as you age, if you are very athletic, if you have had prior injurys in the effected joints or if you do repetitive activities.
RA is characterized by morning stiffness lasting an hour or more,
unexplained fevers
fatigue
redness or inflamation in the effected joints
Multiple symetrical joint involvement
Organ involvement

Not everyone has all of those symptome
