I too need to exercise. Recently I have been doing little exercises in bed like lifting my legs just off the bed and holding in my stomach muscles tight as I do this. I then lift my legs a little higher, then higher and higher. I do this slowly so as so strengthen my muscles as I tense them. I then hug my legs and rock from side to side. I lift one leg and then the other. Still lying on the bed I do the jumping jack action. I feel better with myself for doing this.
I need to be stricter with what I put in my mouth too
