Numb Foot??

Hi everyone,
I saw my rheumy yesterday and he was pretty happy with the way Im going and so am I, my joints are still sore but have improved so it looks like the methotrexate injections are finally starting to work. Although my left foot is still very swollen and even he pointed that out and I have so much going on at the moment that I forgot to mention to him that my foot is constantly numb, I could stick a pin in my foot and not feel it. Is this normal for RA?? Also I am starting hydro therapy next thursday so hopefully that will also help. I have once again been having severe pain in my gut as well and my doc is thinking that now I may have gall stones so we are doing ultra sound in the morning as my liver is extremely inflamed again but that could be due to the methotrexate as well (who knows?). This is getting tiring , crohns/ colitis,ileostomy, iritis, RA, inflamed liver, possible gall stones. Any other illness wanna take a shot? I know there are people worse off than me, but I am going through a feel sorry for me moment ,Sorry guys

UGH  what next for you!! Gallstones!! Its not fair

If the ultrasound shows gallstones I hope you can get that fixed quick smart, you must be in some awful pain there.

Maybe if your liver count is still high you could ask for a lower dosage and then work your way up like golitho.

The numb foot sounds odd, maybe you should do what golitho suggested and give the Rheumy a call.

I dont think you are feeling sorry for yourself - cant blame you when its just one thing after another

Will be thinking of you and you must keep us updated on how your ultrasound went.
