I haven't gone back in the "thread archives", but haven't noticed anyone mentioning yoga. I started yoga 5 years ago after my first flare was diagnosed and had calmed enough for me to do something. I think it's been a life saver. Even if you can't do a general yoga class, a lot of communities have theraputic yoga or PT's or OT's that offer yoga; often one on one. It keeps me flexible, it is great for strength and stretching, and the mental benefits such as relaxation and breathing are wonderful. Just a thought................
