Positive RNP with RA

Hi everyone. I'm new at this. I was diagnosed with RA 20 years ago and have been on Placquenil for 18 years. I havd blood tests in March with showed a positive ANA and a titer of 1.1 RNP antibodies. Has anyone else had results similar to this?

That's okay.
I have Lupus with RA (very new to this myself).
My ANA was positive with 1:360 titer.
I just started plaquenil three weeks ago.
I don't know what RNP is.

RNP is anti-ribonucleoprotein (whatever that is!) and is associated with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, SLE and Polymyositis but not RA according to my blood results. My ANA is positive but not number with it. I haven't been back to the Dr. but am concerned that maybe my RA has morphed into something else after all these years.
Placquenil has worked great for me. Hope it does for you.
