I think you have Essential tremors. My hands also shake 
uncontrollably especially in public when i have to write. Also when i hold a cuttlery or the papers but i know its not parkinson's disease. I know its Essential tremors also known as familia tremors. I'm also looking for help. Unfortunately, i'm in Nigeria where there's no support group and getting a doc that knows about it is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
