Tendinitis

Hi,

I suffer from sacroilitiis, and now my tendinitis is really acting up in my left arm/shoulder.  It was very hard for me to wash my hair this morning.  Unfortunatley I messed up my stomach earlier this week by taking too much advil and tylenol and so I'm scared to take my celebrex at the moment.  Is there anything I can do?

Yes, Ice and/or heat...or whichever one feels better for 20 minutes at a time. Also, some of the topical medicatons help, even if they are just deadening the nerve endings for a while. When my shoulder gets really bad, and the pain goes down into my bicep muscle, I wear a sling for a day or two, and that usually does it. Hope you feel better soon.
