Hello Everyone, I am not sure at this time if I have RA. I went to a Rheumy on Friday and she basically said that I have a sleep problem and need to excercise more. I pushed back and she finally ordered more test. So my CCP came in at 203 and my RA Factor is at 36.1 and my ESR 26, and ANA is Positive.. Can someone please help me understand? Thanks!

I also have an arthritis question. I am a 49 year old male with no history of RA but recently noticed that my mid-joint in my right index finger was constantly achy, feeling like an old sprain. At first, I thought I might have gotten bit or stung by an insect, because the joint feels slightly swollen. Mind you, it does not look swollen or deformed. I don't remember specifically injuring it and feel no pain or soreness in the other fingers or in any other part of my body - just this single joint. Is this how arthritis starts?

I am sorry I have no idea.. I do know that my index finger on my right hand has been hurting for months and my dr diagnosed me with "Trigger Finger" I could be wrong but I think it might be RA.. I am still not diagnosed with RA. Have you gone to your dr for blood work?
