Rituxan side effects

I had my first series last spring and didn't seem to have a problem.

This week I had the first of the two infusions and had a few issues. I developed a pretty good headache while being infused, which I told the nurse about. Then when I got home I was dizzy, light headed, had chest pains and palpitations. I called the rheumatologist's office and was told these couldn't be related to my infustion because I didn't have side effects the first time I took Rituxan and to call my regular doc or go to the ER. Then the next morning I woke up with a rash on my face....another listed possible side effect.

ALL of these symptoms are listed on the Rituxan website as possible side effects, by the way.

I'm supposed to get the 2nd infusion of the series in a couple of weeks, but I'm VERY reluctant to do so. I want to talk to the doc first, which is like asking to see the wizard.

Anybody experience anything similar or have any advice?
