New here - Looking for natural healing

Hi All,

New to the forum, but not to the disease. I've had RA for 12 years, diagnosed as JRA when I was 12 years old. I've been on Asulfizine and Plaquinil, but my Rheumatologist is suggesting a biologic like Humira. However, I would like to try and manage my pain with natural approaches. I have started acupuncture and would love any other suggestions on what you guys think. Has anyone had any luck treating their RA with diet changes or supplements? Thanks!
