Fibromyalgia and RA

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 10 years ago after several months of pain that would not go away. I also have insomnia and brain fog and always feel fatigued. In the last two months I have pain in my hands and feet and its much worse in the night which I have intense burning in my fingers and pain on which ever side I lay on either in my hips of shoulders. The only way for the pain to stop is laying on my back which I hate. I have been taking Mobic but suffering from stomach upset all the time. I am now cutting the Mobic in 1/2 but the pain is getting more severe all the time. It takes hours to go away and it never do's completely. I'm cold all the time,chilled to the bone and so fatigued I'm having a hard time getting thru a whole day. My doctor did do the RA labs and will be getting results next week. I think he would have called though if my tests came back positive. Do you think I could be having a bad fibro flare? I have been under severe stress this past year. I just don't know where to turn. Despite having Fibro I've always managed too exercise and eat health with a few flare-ups couple times a year which only lasts few weeks at the most.
