Bi-Lateral Sacroiliitis Issues

This is my first post here and have a few questions. When I was 15 I started having back pain and after a xray, bone scan and ct scan I was diagnosed with Sacroiliitis in my right hip. Up until I was about 24/25 I had it okay I was managing on Tramacet quite well most days and for a while I was able to stay off that as well. Then I started seeing a pain specialist and trying injections and a few meds like Evavil I found that I wasn't getting anywhere anymore. That's when the specialist decided we'd have to go the pain killer route. I was put on Oxycodone and it helped most days for a good three years and I felt the drug wasn't helping very much anymore I was up to 60mg four times a day. My specialist decided to taper me off it over a month and ten days and wouldn't give me anything in its place. He's a jerk bag. Once it cleared my system I was put on Zytram (Tramadol) and when they didn't work my dose was doubled but began giving me chest pain.

During this time I met with a much better Doctor who I still see. He sent me for a bone scan/ct scan and I was re-diagnosed with both hips now or Bi-Lateral Sacroiliitis. This was just late March. I was moved back to Tramacet and simply couldn't get relief from it. I've realized since coming off Oxycodone just how much it was masking. At night if I lay on one hip the other flares up and I can't get comfortable now....I do exercise at least 4-5 days a week but feel it doesn't help me. I am now on Tylenol 2 which I didn't know existed and am finding it much harder to sleep even with the sleep aid I use.

I have a job offer on the table from a huge printer company to do a tech type job at a hospital replacing toners and other duties. I generally stick to call centers and office work. Does anyone do a job similar to this? I am 29 and am finding it hard to not get depressed with the high level of pain. Does anyone out there have a child with my condition? I have been with my fiance for 4 years and I worry in the future about my condition hampering the ability to raise a child as we both want one.

Has anyone taken Tylenol 2 for this condition and did you find the first few nights you couldn't sleep?

I am being sent to one late this month. Originally one diagnosed me when I was 18. The recent bone scan/ct scan did check my spine and other then two small bulges the spine checked out my si joints or joint on both sides didn't. What do you take for pain?
