New by with ra and new odd symptoms

I have had ra for 8 years Pemphigus for 3years and use Luflunamide and Rituxan for control. Recently experience moderate to severe body vibrating at rest, and right side of face feels as though it has been burned only when I touch it. I see that many with fibromyalgia experience same. Seems I must check on another diagnosis. Anyone experience these crossover symptoms?
