Bruises

I woke up yesterday, very tired and 5 bruises on my left arm and one on my right, so what the heck is going on? where did I get these? I honestly do not know? plus so very tired. ever since coming off the methotrexate I have so much exhaustion...
Do any of you bruise easy? or just find bruises pop up out of the blue? I do not remember if this has ever happened to me before and a couple of the bruises are very sore...

I have to wait until September to see my doctor again, so I'm trying so very hard to cope with this.
You never really know how bad things are until your taken off a medication...Hopefully physical therapy will help!
