Neck Pain

Hello all, I have been experiencing horrible neck pain on my right side. At first I thought it was from a bad nights sleep, but it is still hurting. I have been to the chiro on several occasions and my neck poops a lot and some relief but then back to pain. The Dr said no MRI or xrays cuz we just did them last year and they were fine. I am now on my second day of 20mg prednisone for 3 days, normally I feel relief in my hands/wrist fast but my neck still feels the same. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Thanks!,

I have neck pain that comes and goes. Sorry to hear that you are having problems. I have to sleep with my neck wrapped in a heating pad which gives me some relief. I have degenerative disc's and bulging disc's in my neck along with spurs so mine comes and goes a lot. Maybe try the heating pad?

Can you try physical therapy? Might be worth a try. I'm currently getting a few physical therapy sessions for my neck which also include ultrasound treatments and it's helping slowly, but helping...
