1.Definately change doctors It's back enought to have to deal with the affects of RA but to now have information is worse. It took me a couple of doctors but now I have one that I feel very comfortable with. She explains everything real well and puts things in terms I can understand. She calms my fears as well as my pain.
2. You'll have to take the medication to get relief from the pain. I fought the meds for a long time and now I have some joint damage to my hands. I was told to feel the fear and do it anyway.
3. Clean up your diet, when I stop eating foods that produced inflamation my pain got better. Now I'm gluten,soy,sugar and dairy free because of food allergies. But my pain got better.
4. Find support it helps to talk to someone who knows how you feel.
Once you start feeling better you'll be able to see things much better.
