Subclinical Enthesitis in Reactive Arthritis?

I am putting this here because I haven't found a better place to put it (if anyone knows of any forums for ReA I would love to know of them).

I have been ill for almost a year now. I have received one diagnosis so far, that of Chronic Yersiniosis. Since this is one of the causes of ReA, I am curious to know how many symptoms I share with those diagnosed with ReA.

I have read that it is possible to have sub-clinical enthesitis in ReA. This seems to be what I have (I have not seen a rheumatologist, but I know where the tendons join the bone, and this is where my pain is concentrated).

I also have gut, nerve (fasciculations, and at the start I had what seemed to be polyradiculitis) and sleep issues. I have read that the first two can be found in patients with ReA, but I have seen little about sleep issues. I went from sleeping 7-8 hours before I fell ill to waking up every hour or two if I don't take sleeping pills. If I don't get enough sleep or stick to my (very limited) diet, the pain comes back in the entheses.

I would love to hear from anyone with ReA who has either the same symptoms as me, or who has different symptoms, as I would like to know whether it would be worth seeing a rheumatologist to try to get a diagnosis of ReA (the first diagnosis was from a private doctor, and when I showed it to the NHS docs they clearly had no idea what this would entail).

Have you seen a GI about the gut issues? I had reactive arthritis from parvovirus infection (Fifth Disease) that lasted a few weeks, and then enthesitis as part of my Inflammatory Bowel Disease. I now take sulfazine for my gut and my joints and it has worked well.
