chronic eosinophilic pneumonia with RA?

I am trying to find anyone who knows about or has been diagnosed with chronic eosinophilic pneumonia. From everything I have read it sometimes goes hand in hand with RA or Lupus. If you know anything about the condition I would greatly appreciate the help. thanks lynnlaurie
