Rheumatology Appointment.

Hi to all,

My Rheumatology appointment is the 1st of April......of all days to go also it was put in the letter wear suitable underwear well yes i get the point but i do that anyway.

What happens first appointment checks tests ect so will find out when i go go it.
Really hope they can sort it this time round i had pain level 9 last week ugh.
N i feel really tired i the afternoon too which isnt nice at all n cant sleep at night.

Allover aches n pains feels like flu n fatigue.

A first RD appointment is all about evaluation.
I suggest you start a log of your symptoms and what you've tried to relieve them. What works- what doesn't.
Make a list of questions coming to your mind.
For me it is a lot easier handing something like that to the doctor and saying- I wrote this down because I was a afraid I would forget once I got here.
Sometimes it's easier to have them read what you're afraid of instead of speaking it aloud.
