Couldn't Bend My Fingers! RA?

I went to Urgent care during the winter, I woke up one morning unable to bend my fingers on my left hand, it had swelled and I had to take my wedding ring off. The Dr at the Urgent care told me it may be Rheumatoid Arthritis, it went away after about two weeks, I wrapped my hand up and it slowly got better. It still hurts from time to time. Could this be Arthritis?

Yes, Melissa it could be Arthritis, even RA, or other conditions. As Couchtater suggests, a Rheumatologist will know for sure. I'm glad to hear that your hand is better. For the last few days I haven't been able to bend my fingers either. I've had this happen many times and I do have RA.
