ANA numbers...waiting for reply from doctor

Ok just got numbers from my labs...

.1;2560 ANA titer
-positive ANA screen
-negative ENA screening for smith, rnp, ssa, ssb, scl70, and JO1
-and a homogenous speckled pattern, suspect DFS 70

from what I can tell it rules out many SARDs with the ENA all being negative but I may still be lupus?

just hoping that someone might be able to help clarify some of this for me.

Do you have any other symptoms?

Lupus is diagnosed with a list developed by ACR doctors of 11 indicators of Lupus. You need to have at least 4 of the 11 indicators. Positive ANA is one of the 11.

RA is diagnosed by xrays and blood tests.
