I love to relax in my recliner and cross my feet or legs. Tonight I can't stand for my legs to touch each other.
Is this a thing that will last or is it just a nasty flare up?

Joy,
I get that at times and found it's from my back issues, not my legs. Also I get restless legs from back spasms. Try some stretches for your spine and see if it helps, or possibly muscle relaxant if you have them.

The pain is right at the knee joints and the whole foot.
I don't do well on muscle relaxants. Cataflam makes me emotional. Flexaril and Amrix make me sweat a lot.
