Is it safe to color your hair and get a keratin treatment while on MTX?

I've been on MTX for a few weeks and was wondering is it safe to continue with coloring my hair and my keratin treatments? I've noticed minimal hair loss since starting MTX, nothing to really mention though.

I was told not to color my hair after diagnosed with lupus. Maybe it applies to RA too?
