Ugggh
Very humid here today and feel like crap
Have been forcing myself to walk daily on my lunch hr for 20-30 mins because of this prednisone weight gain whether I feel like it or not
Today it felt like a real struggle. My legs felt so tired and feet and ankles hurt- I pushed on.
Felt stiff all over all day.
Took a prescrip pain pill an hr. ago because all joints feel tender and sore. I usually just take Advil but felt especially yuck. Will have enough trouble sleeping in this heat without dealing with pain.
Hope this isn't a flare-didn't drop my pred dose Sunday even though it was due because I didn't feel up to it.
Now I'm wondering if I am going to be up to cooking the Father's Day dinner I committed to this Sunday.
Ah well- that's 5 days away. We all know how things can change for the better or worse in the course of a couple hrs. even.
Have to stop over-thinking

Are you feeling any better?

I tried to avoid the heat today by doing grocery shopping after sunset. It was still 85, but it was down from 100.

This week is a heatwave week here, 100 or above everyday.

Hi all
2nd week in a row I am reluctant to drop to 1 mg prednisone
Just not feeling well and don't want to feel worse.
Yet I want off so bad
Actually cooked a smaller version of Father's Day dinner today and made a peach pie. Supposed to be torrential rains tomorrow so meeting the kids at a restaurant tomorrow instead.
Good thing- feel worn out from today just cooking for husband and his friend. Plus I have work on Monday so at least tomorrow I can take it easy.
