Pain in hand wakes me up all night.

I have pain in my right hand that wakes me up 3 to 7 times a night. I have to sit up and hold it strait down to get some relief. It feels like a lack of blood flow. I have been seeing a lot of doctors with no solutions yet. I have had blood test, x-rays, carpel tunnel test, nerve damage test, and a mri on my neck. Still the doctors do not know what is wrong. It is brought on by using my hands and arms a lot. It will affect my left hand also but mostly my right due to the fact I am right handed. I have more test to do and if I get a answer I will post it. If any one has this problem please help. It hurts and is getting very costly to try and find a answer.
