What does Palindromic Rheumatism feel like?

I am going to see my rheumy next week and we are working on my symptoms
to see what is going on and maybe we can get a proper diagnosis.
My pain is very intense when it hits especially in my left foot.I swear it was
broken the pain was unbearable.I had it xray ed and nothing.Several months
later it would flare real bad to where I couldn't walk,I finally got an MRI and
nothing!! My pain hits shoulders thighs knees ankles feet hands wrists.
Sometimes symmetrically sometimes bilateral.I can go for weeks and be ok
accept the fatigue.I have that with me when I wake up,it takes awhile to get
going and then by early evening I am done in.I would appreciate others thoughts.
I have been on plaquenil for almost a year and I feel it is helping some
